TOUCH FLOORING highly recommend , very professional company, Partners Sami & Chris provided Great Customer Service from beginning to the very end, nothing was a problem. Sami was super helpful and knowledgeable, had a great range of products to choose from, provided lots of samples, was very patient whilst I was indecisive offered great suggestions for our colour choice. The installers where very careful in moving our furniture around, worked efficiently and displayed there skills as professional carpet layers, very clean & tidy in all aspects of their work Awesome job Guys the carpet looks amazing Love our new floors. Where do I start, I walked into touch with a totally unusual request. After long consultations we came up with a solution. Touch Flooring worked hand in hand with our builder and then International design carpet company. I knew I was in good hands. In the end Touch Flooring were the driving force to see the project through. Not once did I not have faith with their service. Their eye for detail and ownership of a project is not seen often within the industry.

Brilliant small business for all your flooring needs. Chris is a master at his craft, the job he has done with our flooring is faultless. His attention to detail ensures a perfect job. We previously had old, tired orange tiles on 100 square metres in our house & have updated to timber laminate boards. Our new flooring is total perfection, amazing to walk on & has increased the value of our home. I was worried about our dogs scratching the floor, but Chris & Sami helped us choose a pet-friendly product. The timber laminate is easy to keep clean, not slippery & doesn’t have a sheen that needs to be mopped all the time. A low-maintenance product is just what we were looking for & Touch had a massive range of colours for us to choose from. Sami in the Cleveland showroom is really friendly & helpful. I liked that Touch would let us bring home samples to see what matched our décor. They were very flexible with times & working around our family in terms of the time ing of the work, & ensured there was minimal mess. We love our new floors & can’t recommend this company highly enough. Thankyou Touch Flooring :)
